Types of Piles( Internal & External)
Internal piles form inside the rectum and are n’t visible from the outside. In early stages, they can beget bleeding with coprolite, effortless utmost of the time, which could be the first warning sign. With farther advancement, internal piles may prolapse- the pile will come out of the anal opening but can return outside on its own or may be pushed back manually.
External piles are those that be outside the opening of the anus. These are fluently visible or felt as soft or painful lumps. They generally beget itching, vexation, swelling, and pain when one is seated. At times, the external hemorrhoids can develop a clot, commodity known as thrombosed hemorrhoid, leading to unforeseen severe pain.

Stages( Grades) of Piles
There are four major stages at which the piles progress.
Grade 1 The lump is soft and remains inside the rectum; this stage generally presents with bleeding that’s effortless.
Grade 2 piles prolapse during bowel movements but go back inside themselves.
Grade 3 piles also prolapse but need to be pushed back manually to relieve discomfort
Grade 4 piles remain outside permanently and are extremely painful; they frequently bear surgical treatment. Feting piles at an early grade makes treatment easier and prevents complications.
