Most common and natural-looking.
Attract and hold water, keeping skin hydrated.

Lasts: 6–18 months.
Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) Fillers
Thicker consistency, stimulates collagen production.
Example: Radiesse.
Lasts: 12–18 months.
Poly-L-lactic Acid Fillers
Works gradually by boosting collagen.
Example: Sculptra.
Lasts: 2+ years.
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) Fillers
Semi-permanent, contains tiny microspheres.
Example: Bellafill.
Lasts: 5+ years (used for deep wrinkles/scars).
Autologous Fat Transfer (Fat Grafting)
Uses patient’s own fat (liposuctioned, purified, then injected).
Natural and long-lasting.
