What is Combiflam?

Combiflam is a pain reliever and fever reducer that combines two active ingredients — Ibuprofen (200 mg) and Paracetamol (325 mg). This combination provides dual action — it reduces pain, inflammation, and fever more effectively than either medicine alone. It is available as tablets, suspension (for children), and spray for external pain relief.

How It Works

  • Ibuprofen belongs to the NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) group.
It works by blocking prostaglandins, chemicals in the body responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation.
  • Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) acts mainly on the brain’s pain and temperature control centers, reducing fever and discomfort.
  • Together, they provide fast and long-lasting relief from pain and fever.

Uses

Combiflam is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain and fever, including:

    • Headache or migraine

    • Toothache

    • Cold and flu symptoms

    • Muscle pain or body ache

    • Joint pain and arthritis

    • Menstrual cramps

    • Fever due to infection
