1. General Policy
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the nature of the service purchased. Certain services may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the stage of service delivery and applicable terms.
2. Appointment Cancellation
Before Confirmation
If an appointment request has not yet been confirmed, you may cancel it without any cancellation charges.
After Confirmation
Confirmed appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled according to the policies applicable to the respective healthcare provider or service.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in cancellation of the appointment and any applicable charges.
3. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, where applicable, are governed by the cancellation and rescheduling policies of the respective healthcare professional or service.
Where a consultation has already been completed, consultation charges are generally non-refundable.
4. Healthcare Treatments
Treatment charges, advance payments, packages, and procedure-related fees may be subject to separate terms communicated before the treatment begins.
Once a medical procedure or treatment has been initiated or completed, refunds may not be available except where required under applicable law or specifically agreed by the service provider.
5. Academy Programs
Course registration, admission fees, and tuition fees are governed by the admission policy applicable to the selected program.
Refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated at the time of admission.
6. Study Abroad Services
Admission guidance, counselling, documentation, and related services may involve third-party institutions and government authorities.
Application fees or service charges paid for completed admission support services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Franchise Applications
Application fees, documentation charges, or other payments related to franchise enquiries shall be governed by the applicable Franchise Agreement or written communication.
8. Membership Plans
Membership plans, promotional offers, and benefit programs are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Where applicable, refund eligibility will be specified in the membership plan details.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
- Applicable deductions, if any, will be communicated before processing.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a payment-related concern, please contact our support team with your payment details for review.
11. Force Majeure
Nirog 360° shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
